    For non-owners:

    -100 forum posts
    -Go on forums once a week
    -Make at least one suggestion that is agreed on
    -Suggest at least 3 suggestions that are considered.
    -Get 1st place in a contest (rare, instant join)
    -Win it three times on the winner wheel (instant join)
    -TBA

    For owner+:

    -100 forum posts
    -Go on forums once a week
    -Make at least one feature on the site.
    -Get 1st place in a contest (rare, instant join)
    -Win it three times on the winner wheel (instant join)
    -TBA

    You require at least THREE of these to join, unless it is an instant join.
